Over the last 12 x months The Coffee Bean Company has introduced ‘Monday Menu’. This is where one of the Directors of the CBC cook a delicious meal for all the staff on the First Monday of every month. It is chance for the staff to get together for an hour and take some time out of the business to talk about non-work related events and to catch up.
